When the woman woke up, she found a hospital employee was touching her inappropriately.
The woman is in good condition at the hospital.
Police have no one in custody. The hospital is also investigating the incident.

February 13, 2009 (CHICAGO) A woman in her 50s claims she awoke in the ER Thursday night to find a hospital employee assaulting her.
Police say the alleged incident happened as she came out of sedation.
