Family gets $6M in refinery fire lawsuit

It took 14 years but there's a settlement on Tuesday for a family in a deadly oil refinery fire. It happened in March of 1995 at the Old Clark Refinery in Blue Island. Gary Szabla was killed. After years bouncing back and forth in the court system, Clark USA agreed on Tuesday to settle a wrongful death lawsuit for $6 million. .

Operations at that refinery shut down in 2001.
