Tuesday, April 28, 2009
April 28, 2009 Mattel claimed MGA Entertainment stole the idea for the Bratz doll by hiring a Mattel employee.

Last summer, a jury agreed and awarded Mattel $100 million in damages. A judge agreed that verdict should stand.

MGA must stop producing the popular dolls.

Existing Bratz dolls can stay on store shelves through the end of the year.
