Lavonshay Cooper, 19, David Hudson, 22, Terrance Delaney, 29, and Arthur Ball, 25, are all charged with unlawful use of a weapon, which is a felony.
Officers were monitoring the surveillance camera near Larrabee and Division when they heard gunshots and saw several men place weapons in the trunk of a vehicle.
Three of the men were taken into custody immediately. The fourth suspect was arrested following a foot chase.
