Pilot fails breath test

May 21, 2009 (LONDON) American Airlines said the pilot- who has not been identified- failed the breathalyzer test at London's Heathrow airport.

The pilot was given the breathalyzer test Wednesday after airport security staff alerted police, according to American Airlines, which is based out of Fort Worth, Texas.

The flight- and its 204 passengers- was delayed while a replacement pilot was found.

American declined to release the pilot's name Thursday.
