Now in it's second year, Chicago Gourment is a two day, world class event featuring high-end food and wine tastings from Chicago's culinary community. More than 50 chefs and 300 winemakers are scheduled to participate.
Four unique cuisines will be highlighted each day, with food tastings from some of the best chefs in each category.
"There will be Asian and Latin. There'll be Gastro, Pub, French, Regional American, so there will always be something there to savor; something to entice," said Rick Bayless of Frontera Grill.
This celebration of Chicago's culinary heritage takes place in Millenium Park on September 26 and 27.
