3 more arrested in Gary gas station shooting

August 4, 2009 (GARY, Ind.) Stephen Haines, 18, was arrested just days after the shooting at the grant gas mini-mart back in June.

On Monday, police arrested James Bailey, Eliott Montgomery and a 17-year old.

Investigators say surveillance tapes and media coverage helped them make the arrests.

Cashier Gurjeet Singh was shot after a struggle.

Investigators say the men were not able to open the cash register and got away with only a VCR and a carton of cigarettes.
