Fourth person charged in Arellano's death

August 6, 2009 (CHICAGO) Alex Arellano was killed back in May, when police say a group of people dragged him into a gangway, beat, shot and then burned him.

Thursday morning, a 15-year-old boy is the fourth person charged with Arellano's murder.
