The protestors are concerned the price of a single ride may increase from $2.25 to as much as $4.50.
They point out any increase would be too much for many customers who are low income.

They gathered outside the offices of the Regional Transportation Authority Wednesday morning to protest a possible rate hike.
Pace manages paratransit services and is facing a $20 million budget gap.
