Sautéed Spinach

Brothers Eli and Max Sussman launch cookbook "Freshman in the Kitchen" for the everyday chef.Serves 2

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper
1 bag (10 ounce) baby spinach

1. Heat oil in a sauté pan on medium heat.
2. When hot, add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute
3. Add the salt and pepper and spinach and cook until spinach is wilted, stirring regularly, about 3-4 minutes
