3 Fenger suspects to go before new judge

November 13, 2009 (CHICAGO) Silvonus Shannon, Eric Carson and Eugene Riley are charged with first-degree murder.

The three were to supposed to be formally arraigned earlier this week, but they filed a motion for a new judge.

The three are being held without bond.
