Woman charged in boyfriend's murder

A 24-year-old West Side woman has been charged with first-degree murder in the death of her live-in boyfriend.Edrinna Bryant, 24, of the 1600-block of South California Blvd., was arrested at Mt. Sinai Hospital after the fatal stabbing of her boyfriend, Levile Hardy, police said.

Police responded to a domestic dispute at 1659 S. California Ave. about 11 p.m. Friday, police News Affairs Officer John Mirabelli said. Hardy, 30, of 1659 S. California Ave., was pronounced dead at 12:01 a.m. Saturday at Mount Sinai Hospital, according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's office, which said Hardy was stabbed at his home.
