The Film Festival encompasses all nationalities of Latino culture and transports viewers across boundaries into the lives of others.
Under the direction of Pepe Vargas, the Film Festival has evolved into the largest and best Latino film festival in the U.S. and became Chicago's biggest Latino cultural event with nearly 40,000 people attending. 2010 marks the Festival's 26th year.
