PIN problems for last minute Ill. e-filers

Apr. 15, 2010 (CHICAGO) A glitch in the Department of Revenue's computer system is denying some taxpayers the ability to obtain a PIN number that must accompany any tax filings that are filed electronically with the state.

If you've filed electronically in the past, you can use the same PIN number again this year because it does not change.
