Charges filed in fatal Little Village crash

May 7, 2010 (CHICAGO) Good Samaritans helped police capture the suspect.

It happened in the city's Little Village neighborhood Thursday. Police say 36-year-old Oswaldo Gonzalez was drunk when he ran a stop sign and drove into a car carrying two women and two children.

Witnesses reportedly held Gonzalez until officers arrived.

Police used a Taser after Gonzalez allegedly resisted them. He could face more charges.

The survivors of the crash -- including an 11-month old boy -- are hospitalized in critical condition.
