Witnesses say the two fought. Kyser was unconscious when police arrived. He was rushed to the hospital and died a short time later.
Autopsy: Alleged shoplifter was strangled
May 9, 2010 (CHICAGO) Police say 34-year-old Anthony Kyser had allegedly shoplifted at the CVS store near 26th Street and South Pulaski Saturday when he was chased down by a store employee.
