Police in Lake County have charged a boyfriend and girlfriend in an early morning crime spree.Timothy Sullivan of Libertyville and Kelly Burns of Mundelein were arrested on Monday when police received a call about someone burglarizing a car in a driveway.
Police later learned of two burglaries committed earlier that morning in nearby Green Oaks. After further investigation, Sullivan and Burns were also charged with those crimes.
