Police say Joseph Richko advertised the tickets online. Then he reportedly told the buyers to meet him and deliver a partial payment. Police say Richko told the buyers he would deliver the tickets at a later time-- but never did.
He was arrested Tuesday night. Richko is charged with felony theft. He was also wanted on outstanding warrants out of Will, Lake and DuPage counties.
