On Friday, some village employees said they did not get paid for work they did the previous two weeks.
Dixmoor Mayor Keevan Grimmett released a statement today blaming human error.
He says the error delayed payroll checks that are normally deposited directly into employee accounts on Friday morning - instead, they showed up that afternoon.
