The suit alleges that officers were chasing the driver, who remains at large. The lawsuit holds them responsible for the crash.
The suit was filed against Cook County and the Village of Dolton. Village officials had no comment.

August 18, 2010 (DOLTON, Ill.) Kenyatta Brack Junior, 16, was struck and killed Sunday night as he rode his bike at 154th and Greenwood. He was hit by a speeding driver who was being followed by police.
