Visitors were encouraged to check out a horse pack demonstration held in an area called Conservation World. They could also try canoeing, fishing and rock climbing.
'Conservation Day' at state fair
August 21, 2010 (SPRINGFIELD, Ill.) Eden Place from the South Side of Chicago was the partner for Saturday's theme. It's an urban center that focuses on gardening, cooking and conservation issues.
