Four years ago, Melvina Cooke used a toy gun to try to rob a Bank of America on North Dearborn.
Surveillance photos show her walking up to a teller, flashing the fake gun and demanding money. She left the bank without cash and was arrested a short time later.
The first three months of her probation will involve being incarcerated at home while wearing an electronic monitor.
