Twenty-seven-year-old Sabrina Streeter first came to the jail in August of 2009 after she was arrested for prostitution.
In March, Streeter was charged with assaulting a correctional officer and sentenced to 364 days in jail.
Then, in June, she was charged with aggravated battery to another officer and sentenced to three years in prison.
Before she was transferred, officials say, she assaulted a third officer at the county jail.
