At 11 a.m. police responded to a call of disturbance involving a male running around naked with a crack pipe in his hand in the 2900 block of North Broadway, according to Town Hall District police Lt. Robert Stasch.
Sure enough, when police arrived they found the 38-year-old man wearing only socks and holding a glass pipe used to smoke cocaine.
Officers found his clothing and a small bag of cannabis and arrested him, according to the lieutenant.
The man, Keithan Robie, 38, of the 140- block of South Canal Street, was charged with one count of possession of a controlled substance and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia, a Town Hall District police sergeant said. Both charges are misdemeanors.
