Early voting was offered Thursday only at 69 West Washington in the Loop.
All other sites were not open Thursday, but the Board of Elections expects to resume early voting at all of the ward locations Friday.
Also, the Circuit Court of Cook County will remain closed for the second consecutive day with the exception of Central Bond Court at 26th Street and California.
No courts were in session Thursday in the Circuit Court of Cook County facilities in Chicago.
Suburban courthouses in Skokie, Rolling Meadows, Maywood, Bridgeview and Markham were also closed Thursday.
