David Welles owns a video equipment company so cameras keep watch at his West Side home. When his shovel went missing after last week's blizzard, he replayed surveillance video.
Welles says it shows his neighbor walking onto his porch and taking his shovel to clear her car. Welles says she never returned the shovel and he would have gladly loaned it to her.
To get revenge, he fired up his new snow blower and buried the woman's car in snow.
