"I'm glad everyone saw this dress because it means so much to me," Powell said. He said his gown was inspired by the movie "Black Swan."
Powell's Fall/Winter 2011 collection will shown on March 11, 2011 at The Sheraton Hotel, 301 East North Water Street. Dinner and drinks start at 5:30 p.m. with the fashion show at 8 p.m. Tickets range from $20 to $60.
