Hundreds of Chicagoans shook off Saturday's chilly weather and marched in the Nowruz Parade in the Loop.The colorful procession included marching bands and floats.
The Nowruz Parade is a celebration of the vernal equinox, otherwise known as the seasonal changeover from winter to spring.
More than 3 million people celebrate the equinox worldwide.
Saturday's sunshine helped make the Chicago parade look nice but the cold temperatures made it feel a little like winter hasn't left yet.
