Steven Dixon was 16 years old when he allegedly stabbed 16-year-old Tiffany Lindsey to death in October of 1991.
Two years ago, police realized that DNA saved from the case was never analyzed. Testing found Dixon's blood on Lindsey's fingernails and a weapon recovered at the scene.
He's now being held without bond.
