Last month, an armed robbery occurred in the 400-block of Wisconsin Avenue and another happened in the 100-block of Washington Boulevard. Police say in both cases, three males surrounded their victims and took wallets, cell phones, and other valuables. One offender was armed with a semi-automatic handgun. Both victims were beaten.
Last Tuesday, two more armed robberies took place with three offenders in each case and a semi-automatic handgun used to rob victims of their personal possessions. Neither victim was injured.
