- Republicans:
- In favor of the compromise -- Congresswoman Judy Biggert (13rd), Congressmen Robert Dold (10th), Adam Kinzinger (11th), Donald Manzullo (16th), Peter Roskam (6th), Bobby Schilling (17th), Aaron Schock (18th) and John Shimkus (19th)
- Opposed to the compromise -- Congressman Randy Hultgren (14th), Joe Walsh (8th) and Timothy Johnson (15th).
