The accident happened just before 11 p.m. Friday at Wabash near Wacker.
The Cook County Medical Examiner's Office identified the woman as Jacqueline Marie Michon.
Police say Michon rode between a dump truck and another vehicle that was stopped. Witnesses say she lost her balance and fell under the truck, which turned when the light changed.
The driver did stop, and no citations had been issued Saturday evening.
