The Illinois General Assembly reconvenes Tuesday for the first session of 2012.

Lawmakers will be considering several issues this session, including a proposal to regulate online dating websites, a resolution that would impose 10-year term limits on legislators and the so-called Rocky Clark Bill, which would provide catastrophic health insurance for every student athlete.

Clark was paralyzed while playing high school football and lost insurance coverage by the time of his death at age 27.

Illinois Gov. Pat Quinn will deliver his State of the State speech Wednesday.
