Police in far north suburban Spring Grove says the horses have been returned to their owners.
Police say there is a possibility the horses may have been spooked and busted through the fence. The horses were found wondering about a half a mile from the owner's home. Police say they are all following all leads to determine if the horses were indeed taken, as they continue to investigate.
