Monday marks five years since a Chicago teenager was beaten to death on Chicago's Northwest Side.

The case remains unsolved. Relatives and friends of Lazarus Jones today released balloons at the corner of Lawrence and Troy, where he was attacked.

The 13-year old was killed outside a store in February 2007.

There have been no arrests in the case. On Monday, flyers were passed out seeking help from the community in solving the case.

A $10,000 reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest in the case.
