Judge candidate's son facing felony drug charges

The son of DuPage County board member Patrick O'Shea is facing a felony drug charge for allegedly attempting to sell cocaine last week in Lombard.

Eighteen-year-old Collin O'Shea is charged with one count of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance.

He was arrested as part of a month-long investigation by Lombard Police and DuPage County authorities.

His father, Patrick O'Shea, the longest-serving member of the county board, is currently running for judge in the March 20 Republican primary.
