Scientists: Fruit, veggies make your skin look healthier

Fruits and vegetables could be the key to a rosy, healthy looking complexion.

Scientists reporting in the journal PLos ONE found that within a six-week period fluctuation in fruit and vegetable consumption was associated with skin color changes. Not only did skin look healthier at the end of the study, it was also judged more attractive.

So the take home lesson: eat more fruits and veggies to improve your appearance.
