One of the victims shot Wednesday morning at a gas station in the Lakeview community has died.
The shooting happened in the 3600-block of North Ashland. It was recorded by surveillance tape.
Police say the gunman approached the truck and shot both the driver and a passenger.
Twenty-six-year-old Max Vallejo died at an area hospital.
A 29-year old man remains in critical condition.
