According to Illinois State Police, Tillie Armour, who is 18 months old and was abducted June 12 at 71st Street and Ellis, has been located.
Police say she was found in south suburban Markham with her father, 46-year-old Cleophus Cooks.
As the Amber Alert was issued early Tuesday, police said Cooks was supposed to return his daughter after a visit last week but did not do that.
