Eddie Reynoso, 19, was last seen at his residence near Belmont Avenue and Laramie Avenue Monday afternoon, police said. Reynoso suffers from severe Down Syndrome and when spoken to may only communicate his first name. Police say he may be wearing a green ball cap with U.S. Army Airborne insignia, a grey top, blue shorts with white stripes, white socks and white gym shoes.
Police say Reynoso has gone missing before on two other occasions and can walk great distances.
