Brian Haynes was charged with home invasion and illegal discharge of a firearm for an incident near 116th Street and Vincennes. He allegedly threatened to shoot four people at a home near where his brother was killed.
A judge set his bond at $250,000 this weekend.
Police say the incident took place Friday evening.
Authorities say there is no one in custody for the murder of Michael Haynes.
