Participating restaurants include Sullivan's Steakhouse. Sullivans' manager Keith Sansone and chef Jesus Garcia joined us in the studio with more details plus their recipe for tenderloin filet sliders on pretzel rolls, a dish they're offering at the festival.
Tickets are $28 in advance ($35 at the door) and can be purchased online at windycitywinefestival.com. Designated driver tickets are just $10 and include two non-alcoholic drinks, festival program, wine seminars, cooking demonstrations, musical entertainment and a souvenir wine glass upon departure. Event hours are 4-10 PM Friday, September 7 and 3-9 PM Saturday, September 8. All sampling and sales end one half hour prior to close.

1 pretzel roll
1/2 oz horseradish cream
Filet seasoned with kosher salt and coarse cracked black pepper
2 cups sour cream, 1 cup horseradish.
