Rousso was allegedly huffing a cleaning product before she crashed into a mother and her three children on Labor Day 2012. Jaclyn Santos-Sacramento, 5, was killed.
The settlement was reached last month for an undisclosed amount of money.
The criminal trial against Rousso was delayed for a second time, and is now scheduled for late September.
