Anthony Rudon and Tremaine Gallimore are each being held on $750,000 bond.
Prosecutors say the men attacked Michael Davis with a knife and baseball bat back in June after the two were escorted out of the Poitin Stil in the 1400-block of W. Jarvis.
Davis is currently at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago recovering from injures that included a fractured jaw, swelling in his brain, and partial paralysis.
