The ice on the ground and cooler temperatures weren't enough to keep people from taking a dip in Lake Michigan Saturday. Several of them braved the frigid waters all for a special cause.
Everybody was in and out in just a matter of seconds.
The event was put on by Project Rescue, an organization which helps support homeless dogs in the Chicago area.
