New melanoma drug could save lives

Doctors say a new game-changing drug to treat melanoma, the deadliest of skin cancers, could be just 18 months away.

Melanoma is difficult to treat because it hides from the body's immune system.

The new drug helps expose the cancer cells so the body can attack them.

Each year, 9,500 people in the U.S. die from melanoma.
