Blues Kids Foundation teaches, promotes blues to youth

Blues musician Fernando Jones founded the nonprofit Blues Kids Foundation, which promotes and teaches blues to youth.

The goal is to keep blues exciting for young students, while learning its history and building on the past. The Blues Kids also learn many skills outside of music such as critical thinking skills and communication.

On Tuesday, several students performed a tune by Fernando Jones titled "Oil & Water (Don't Mix)."
