An Illinois lawmaker is being called to duty in Iraq. Representative Jim Watson of Jacksonville is a member of the Marine Reserves.Watson served as a combat engineer during the 'Gulf War' in 1991. He says he signed up again last year and learned at Christmas that he would be headed to Iraq in February. He expects to be gone for about nine months. While Watson is helping with government procedures in Fallujah, he says other lawmakers will be helping carryout his duties in his district in Illinois.
