'Three Kings' make visits to Chicago hospital

Following a Christmas tradition in the Hispanic community, three youngsters dressed in royal costumes brought gifts to the bedsides of children at Stroger Hospital. The patients have spent most of the holiday season in the pediatric ward.

Distributing gifts is part of the celebration of 'Three Kings Day,' a holiday commemorating the visit of the three wise men to the baby Jesus on the 12th day of christmas.

Three Kings Day is celebrated on January 6 throughout Latin America.
