Two more employees at Sears' corporate headquarters have tested positive for tuberculosis. They were screened after one of their co-workers recently contracted the disease. The Cook County Health Department says there is no increased TB risk to Sears employees. The disease is spread through body fluids.

Health officials point out tuberculosis is more difficult to transmit than a common cold.
